Review 5/17/2007: Michael F. (email on file) “Just wanted to drop you a note with some feedback on my new "Low-end Gaming PC" that you guys built for me. I couldn't be happier with it. Right out of the box it's been perfect. Very fast!!!! And all the hardware seems to be working flawlessly together. And your installation of Vista seems to be managing all the hardware quite nicely. I got my entire business migrated over to it in a few hours. Vista hooked up to my network drives with little trauma. I'm still stumbling through a few of Vista's "security nuances" but the new environment is worth all the hassle. Also, my download speed increased tremendously with the new PC!!!??? I didn't expect this. I wouldn't have thought my previous system was a bottleneck to upload/download speeds but apparently I was wrong. And of course my new system runs my current library of games without even breathing heavy. I'm now shopping around for new games that will challenge it. Anyway, just wanted to let you know that I couldn't be happier. Like I said, I'm mentioning your site/company to anyone (not just gamers) who are in the market for a new PC. One thing that I've really been impressed with is how stable and reliable it's been over time. It absolutely never crashes. And every random peripheral device I've asked it to connect with has worked flawlessly. Also I've noticed it doesn't seem to be slowing down as time goes on. Before it seems like the longer I have a system it begins to get bogged down with random software that begins to slow it down. I think because you don't ship your systems with all that "bloatware" it doesn't accumulate stuff, it's just such a clean system. I really don't know why it works so well (you probably do) but it does. Anyway, again I've been so pleased with it's performance I can't say enough about it." Review 01/25/2008: Trent V.
