Question: Why do you sell on Ubid.com when you have your own site?
Answer: Ubid.com is a way for us to advertise our systems. If you happen to find our site after seeing our products on Ubid.com, that is great. If you purchase the PC right from Ubid, that is also great.

Question: Why are the prices on Ubid, sometimes higher?
Answer: The way Ubid's fee structure works, we are often paying around 10% to sell a PC on their site. When you come to our site, we have the flexibility to lower that price a little. We look at the 10% fee as a great way to advertise our products.

Question: Should I complete my sale on your site or Ubid's?
Answer: You can complete your purchase on either site. If you feel more comfortable using Ubid's payment system, we encourage you to use their site. We take Visa, Master Card, and PayPal via our secure site. If you have a question, please let us know.

Question: Do the PC's on Ubid have the same warranty as PC's available from your site?
Answer: The short answer is yes. Our standard PC warranty is 1 year and that cover both parts and labor. On our site, the warranty is extendable up to 3 years for an additional fee.
