In addition to the other requirements of these Terms of Service, Customer may only use the Services and Products in a manner that, in the Company's sole judgment, is consistent with the purposes of such Services and Products. If Customer is unsure of whether any contemplated use or action is permitted, please contact the Company as provided above. By way of example, and not limitation, uses described below of the Services and Products are expressly prohibited.

Domain Name Registrations:

No restraints on the usage of domain names is imposed by PWP Technologies, Inc. Registrants must agree to the following terms and conditions.
You are responsible for making sure any name you register is not in violation of copyrights, trademarks or any thing else in the ICANN dispute policy. View it at http://www.icann.org/udrp/udrp.htm . PWP Technologies, Inc will not issue refunds if your domain is taken away from you because of this policy.
As long as PWP Technologies, Inc devilers the domain name, you PWP Technologies, Inc, will have no legal liability for the user of name, defending your name, or any other issues.
PWP Technologies, Inc is not and can not be associated with your business. PWP Technologies, Inc will provide technical support for the domain names. Registering a domain does not entitle you to help with designing sites, scripts, or other things not related to the purchase/setup of the domain name.
The minimum period to register a domain name is 1 year. If you do not renew your domain name PWP Technologies, Inc has the right to register the domain name as long as no copyright or trademarks will be voilated.
Registering a domain requires you to agree to these conditions. Failuer to read these terms does not allow you any exceptions to these terms and conditions.

Web Hosting/ Predesigned ASP Programs

PWP Technologies, inc is not responsible for any damage these programs may cause. These products are provided without warranty (AS-IS). PWP Technologies will work with you to resolve any differences. If a programming error has occured, PWP Technologies, Inc will fix that error, but will not be lieable for down time, damages, lost data, or any other expense that may have occured from using our programs.
Technical Support will be provided for paying customers. Limited technical support will be provided for free programs. Technical Support for free programs will be decided on a case by case basis.
Please read the refund policy for refunds regarding predesigned asp scripts.
PWP Technologies, Inc will not be held liable for any business or personal loss associated with our programs or hosting services.

Custom ASP Programming

Price quotes are unofficial until product has been delivered. PWP Technologies, Inc will be required to provide you notification about the revised price quote and a reason why. The customer has the right to cancel the order at that point assuming no monies have been exchanged. If the customer does not agree to the revised price quote PWP Technologies, Inc reserves the right to cancel the agreement. If monies have been exchanged PWP Technologies, Inc will provide a full refund for price changes.
Price quotes are not legally binding. Overruns can and do occur. Signed contacts for development are available and guarntee the development price.
Customers are not allowed to cancel program develops after the original quote has been agreed upon. If cancellation is necessary, 50% of the orgianal price will be due as a cancellation fee to cover work already completed.
