The complexity of the business enviroment demands changes from standard residental pricing. Most of our business services are bill at an hourly rate. We do offer some PC check ups that are flat rate.

Standard Hourly Rate
We bill our customers the standard hourly rate for standard type of PC and network issues. We don't think it is fair to charge a flat fee when working on a server, because the amount of work required varies grately. We will work on all desktop pcs, laptops running windows 2000, XP, or Vista. We also will work on Windows 2000 Server, 2003 Server, 2008 Server, SQL Server, IIS, and Exchange. Note: 3/4 hour minimum bill per trip.

Entire Office Update
We will come in after hours or on the weekend to update all of your desktop and laptop computer systems. We will run all Windows Updates, check the PC's for perfomance, and check for Antivirus/AntiSpyware programs, update the programs and run a quick virus scan. The price quote is per PC and there is a minimum of 5 PCs for this special package.

Remote Server Support and VPN Setup
We will log into your server remotely to manage updates, change user permissions, create file shares, and anything else that can be done remotely. There is a 1 time setup charge for this service (VPN setup required and is included in setup charge). This option requires Windows 2003/2008 server (or router with VPN server) and a static IP address or ability to run Dynamic DNS program.
