Refund Policy

Your satification is imporant to PWP Technologies, Inc. We care about every one of our customers. Below is our refund policy. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Computers, Computer Accessories, Software:
Computers sold directly from our website have a 30 day return policy. If the computer is opened and/or used, a 15% restocking fee will be accessed. Any computer accessories have a 30 day return policy. If the item is opened a 15% restocking fee will apply. Any computer software that is opened cannot be returned for a refund. Defective computer software can only be replaced by an identical item.
Every computer we sell comes with at least a one year warranty. Extended warranties are available. We stand behind our products and we will be there to support you.

Web Programs (Classified Ad System, Job Control, Car Connection)
Once you have received copies of these programs, no refunds are available. This is because all of our web programs include the full source code. If you have problems with these program please contact support@pwptech.com. If you have compability issues, we encourage you to use our web hosting.

Custom Web Programming
Custom web pogramming requires a 50% deposit up front with the balance payable before deliver of the product. The inital 50% deposit is not refundable. If for some reason you must cancel your project, or fail to pay the balance, PWP Technologies, Inc will keep the deposit to cover development costs.

Web Hosting
No refund are available on web hosting. You may cancel your automatic renewal of your hosting account within 5 days after the invoice date. If not canceled during this time, you are not entiteled to any refund.

Domain Names
Due to the nature of domain names, no refund are available for any reason. If you misspell a domain or want to change a domain name, you are required to purcahse a new domain.

Other products
Other products and services not listed above have a no refund policy.
